Founder & Technical Project Manager
Robert Kalinic combines hands-on test field experience with technical project coordination and international implementation expertise. His career has taken him from test bench operations and type approval through integral factory planning to responsible roles in complex test bench and plant projects.
Particular areas of focus include test bench planning, technical project management, quality assurance, and support for acceptance and commissioning processes. Project experience in Germany, China, India, Malaysia, and Thailand adds international routine and a strong understanding of cross-site project work to this profile.
With InnoTest Solutions, Robert Kalinic supports companies wherever technical projects require clarity, reliability, and hands-on execution – from early alignment to structured on-site implementation.
